Because of the timing of the Holydays this year and the location of services, please bring your items to Temple Beth El during the September 4 service, or drop them at Rudy & Sharon's home at 5312 Bloomfield Dr. anytime before Yom Kippur, or call us at 631-4135 and we'll be glad to do a pick-up. The Food Pantry has been looking forward to our generosity for a number of years now so let's continue with the “good works.” Message from our President Dear Member of the Temple Beth El Family:   As we approach the beginning of another Jewish New Year we are reminded that a large portion of our yearly expenses are incurred at this time in support of High Holy Day activities. We are able to support these services and the other activities which are cited in this newsletter through your contributions as Temple members. Over the summer we had the school house painted, purchased a dehumidifier for the Temple and had repairs made to our air conditioner, which is now secured with a metal cage.   Please send your payment to:  Joyce Potoff 3440 N. Thomas Rd. Freeland, MI 48623   L’Shana Tovah Shelly Messing ###
